Mary, can you tell me, briefly, your work experience and bullying now?
Not many suspects had told me that in the future I would fall victim of bullying, there would never have believed I have always worked with enthusiasm, professionalism, sense of duty, regardless of what my status but strictly adhered, where it was necessary, going much further. Suddenly, like a cold shower, I received a provision of service with which I was not only assigned to another business unit, but unqualified demotion.
What has caused this business arrangement?
An adverse reaction and I have to now shown tangible signs of neurosis, I was sick all the time that took place that I have taken legal action against the administration - about five months - and fortunately resolved positively in my favor.

In light of this experience how important your solidarity and closeness of family and friends for those who suffer harassment at the workplace ?
The solidarity of the people around you is very important, but you end up stressing them too. And anyway, there's nothing and no one can console you and above can restore the your being.
